Policy Services
Department
There are many opportunities for careers in Policy Services. The Policy Services Department stresses customer service by handling the needs of the policyholders, agents, underwriters, claims, and any other area in need of product service. Policy Services is responsible for records keeping and updating policies for the more than 1.5 million property/casualty policyholders throughout the Southern Farm Bureau Group. Positions in imaging, policy analysis, call center, customer service, word processing, records maintenance, mail services, printing, and unit supervision are among the positions available to the Policy Services candidate.
